Healthy Habits

I have decided to quit drinking pop and hopefully, this lasts a while. I haven’t drunk pop for a few weeks now and sometimes its hard because that’s all people are drinking around me. I’m also trying to eat healthier and workout when I can, but my schedule is so busy it’s hard to find the time. But I’m going to do it.

  1. Pop (soda for you non-Ohioians) has so much sugar. I like the carbonated “fizzy water” drinks, like La Croix, that has no calories and no sodium. It’s hard to change habits, but I know you can do it!
